What we correct
Factual errors, wrong figures, misattributed quotes, broken sourcing and mistaken technical descriptions are corrected. Typos and formatting are fixed without a note. Substantive changes to a published claim always carry a note.
How a correction appears
The article is corrected in place and a note is appended stating what was wrong, what it now says, and the date of the change. We do not delete an article to hide an error. If a piece is withdrawn entirely, the page states why.
Reporting one
Email corrections@dailytech.wiki with the article URL, the passage in question and, where possible, the source that contradicts it. Requests that come with primary evidence are handled fastest.
Archive material, 2005–2017
Articles from the original dailytech.com period are preserved as a historical record and are not rewritten. Where a factual dispute is raised about archive material, we add a note alongside it rather than alter the original text.
